Who We Are
First and foremost, we are a couple happily married since 2010 and a close-knit family. Secondly, we are a team that works in perfect harmony.
We both bring over 20 years of professional experience, gained from various fields of life, turning that knowledge into real-world value.
Anita began her journey in hospitality – as the daughter of restaurant owners, it was a world she grew up in. After an injury and surgery, she shifted paths and built her own business as a franchise partner of a multinational telecommunications company.
I have always worked in commerce – first as a store manager, then as a regional director, and eventually pursued my dream of launching my own business. In 2010, I needed a new business phone to get started... Who would have thought a phone purchase would lead to love, family, and a shared dream? But that’s exactly what happened to us. 😊
After the birth of our child, we ran our growing business together, complementing each other every step of the way.
As the years passed and global changes shaped the world, we made a bold decision: to leave our comfort zone, start fresh in a new country, and embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.
In early 2024, we arrived in the stunning Costa Blanca – it was love at first sight, and thankfully, that feeling still remains strong.
We’ve gone through all the steps of starting a new life here: school enrollment, setting up a business, renting a home, and sorting out vehicle-related paperwork – everything needed for a new beginning.
With the experience we've gained, our decades of professional knowledge, the love and respect we share, and the incredible support from our former partners and clients, we were inspired to create something truly valuable here as well.
That’s how Costa Blanca Property Care was born – a new milestone in our journey.
Our goal is to offer a professional property management and rental service that not only delivers high-quality solutions but also provides friendly, human-centered service – both for property owners and visiting guests.
We're a new company – which may seem uncertain to some, as we don’t have hundreds of local references (yet) – but that’s not our aim.
We don’t treat our partners as property numbers, nor do we see guests as mere tasks to be completed.
Our mission is to create an environment where everyone can come to us with full trust and leave with complete satisfaction.
