Who enters your home – secure access

Who will take care of the garden, and who will enter my home?

Only we will enter your property – this is clearly stated in our contract, and we take full responsibility for everything.

Exceptions are made only when a major intervention is required, such as a burst pipe or an electrical issue. In those cases, we involve trusted, vetted subcontractors – but always with your prior approval.

Flexible contract terms

For how long do I need to sign a contract?

We tailor everything to your needs, and flexibility is key. Our contracts can be terminated at any time with a 30-day notice period.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Every detail is carefully discussed with you and itemized in the offer, so you can be certain that the price will not change unexpectedly.

Overview of services – cleaning, garden, pool, concierge

What services do you provide exactly?

We take care of the cleanliness and maintenance of both indoor and outdoor areas of the property, including garden and pool care, handling utilities and bills, guest reception, grocery shopping, program and transfer arrangements, and any other tasks that can make your life easier.

Property care – discretion and responsibility

How do you treat my property?

We handle every task as if it were our own home: with complete discretion, responsibility, and care.

Work verification – photo reports

How can I verify that the work has been done?

If you are not here, we send you a short report and photo documentation after each visit, so you always have up-to-date information.

Handling damage – immediate response

What happens if there is any damage or problem?

We inform you immediately, document the situation, and arrange the repair. We take full responsibility for our work.

Guest welcome – handover and extras

Do you handle guest reception or special requests?

Yes. We personally welcome guests at the property, and on request we also arrange grocery shopping, transfers, activity recommendations, and other concierge services.

How are you different from other providers?

We are not a large company with changing staff or subcontractors. We are a stable, small team, and we always carry out the work ourselves – so your property is in the best possible hands.
